Hexacubes
This was the first 100+ puzzle I sawed. To cut costs I cut up a beech board
into bars and the bars into pieces. Unfortunately small differences in size add up
and the construction isn't very smooth as you can see in the picture.
Higher constructions e.g. the 3x4x83 box will probably crash. Therefore only
the house was built with the physical pieces while the construction of the box is
virtual.
Patrick Hamlyn has found a large set of boxes made from the hexacubes which can be packed in a 10x10x10
cube together with a 2x2x1 box. It's shown on the
Poly Pages.
